Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Borebase. We are committed to providing high-quality geotechnical software solutions and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our Service.

As Borebase is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, there are no physical products to return. This policy outlines the terms regarding subscription cancellations, refunds, and account termination.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation: Your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current Billing Period; You will continue to have full access to the Service until your Subscription expires; No further charges will be made after the current Billing Period ends.

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions, as you have immediate access to the full Service upon payment. Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

All refund requests should be submitted to our support team with a detailed explanation. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Borebase.

Upon cancellation or termination of your Account: Your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your current Billing Period; You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before your Account is terminated; After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

If you signed up for a free trial: No payment details are required during the trial period; A trial never turns into a paid Subscription by itself, and you are charged only after you choose a plan and enter your payment details; When a trial ends without a Subscription, editing is paused until you subscribe.
